the uncomfortable position of backtracking, even if only by degrees, at key
moments.

"Well, back to the drawing board!" he wrote. "We can't let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided!
"Let's fight like hell and stop this disgusting injustice! The world is laughing at us."
He said the election was a sham. "We are not a democracy," he wrote. "Our country is in serious trouble."
He went on to call for the termination of "ObamaCare", the health insurance reforms.
His comments provoked a heated response, with celebrities including Alec Baldwin leading a backlash from thousands of users.
